Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and food safety procedures.
• Lead standardization and governance of quality and product data across ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Baan, Snowflake).
• Oversee implementation and optimization of traceability systems (e.g., Trustwell).
• Develop and validate end-to-end traceability across the 1800 Flowers ecosystem and address gaps in processes and system execution.
• Translate regulatory and customer requirements into effective system workflows.
• Facilitate process standardization across manufacturing and quality functions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs aligned with regulatory and system requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits; ensure compliance with FSMA, GFSI and customer standards.
• Implement system and process updates in response to regulatory changes.
• Develop reporting and KPIs to monitor data quality, traceability and system performance.
• Analyze trends, identify risks and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate cross functionally with Quality, Operations, IT, Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Establish governance forums and drive alignment on data standards and system processes.
• Facilitate change management and training efforts to ensure successful system adoption across sites.
• Promote and strengthen a food safety culture by reinforcing accountability, increasing awareness of data and process impacts on food safety, ensuring consistent adherence to standards across all sites.
