Supervisor - Quality Control

About the role

The position is located at Catalent’s Madison, Wisconsin site, a state-of-the-art biologics development and manufacturing facility. The site supports customers from research through early and mid-stage clinical production, specializing in mammalian cell line engineering, drug substance biomanufacturing, and biopharmaceutical development.

Responsibilities

• Support analysts on the team
• Schedule daily tasks
• Lead deviation investigations or laboratory investigations
• Review and approve data and reports
• Conduct performance reviews and participate in employee hiring process
• Track and report performance indicators and implement action plans to address gaps and achieve department objectives
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, OR
• Master's Degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 4 years of related experience, OR
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Limited leadership experience of 0 - 2 years
• Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent-sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience
