On-siteQuality AssuranceFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraphs about company, then role description. We need headings:

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse content. The posting includes: - Intro: "Bring more to life..." etc. That's about company and role overview. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections accordingly. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we must strip out the EEO statement at end, the disability accommodation contact, etc. Also remove "Learn about the Danaher Business System..." maybe that's part of intro but not boilerplate. Keep. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's extract: Company overview / role overview: paragraphs about Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Danaher, mission, time, etc. That's suitable for "About the role" or maybe "About the company". We'll put under

About the role

with

containing that overview. Then responsibilities: The bullet list after "In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To" includes several items. Those are responsibilities. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • each. Then requirements: "The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include" list: high school degree, 8+ years experience (or alternatives), excellent time management, organization skills, working with own initiative, effective interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Also travel, motor vehicle record & physical/environment requirements: travel Requirements as list. Then qualifications: "It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:" list: previous experience leading, coaching, supervising personnel in regulated manufacturing; experience developing/executing inspection strategies using statistical sampling methodologies; quality engineering tools; Oracle as ERP, IQVIA as eQMS, VKS as MES. Those are preferred qualifications. Could be under

    Qualifications

    or

    Skills

. Since they are "plus" experience, we can put under

    Qualifications

as list. Skills: maybe we could separate communication, time management etc as skills but they are already in requirements. Could also have a Skills section for things like "Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, etc." but those are in qualifications. We'll decide to have Requirements and Qualifications sections; maybe also Skills for communication etc. But to avoid thin sections, we can combine. Benefits: The posting mentions "Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. Whether it’s a health care program or paid time off, our programs contribute to life beyond the job. Check out our benefits at Danaher Benefits Info." That's generic but mentions benefits exist. It's not specific like health care, PTO. It's somewhat vague but still mentions benefit programs. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state they offer benefit programs, health care, paid time off. That's enough to include a Benefits section with that info. Pay: No mention of salary/pay. So omit Pay section. Schedule: Mentions "This will be an on-site role." That's schedule/location. Could be under Schedule? The instruction: create Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It states on-site role. Could be considered schedule (on-site). We'll include a Schedule section with that. We also have location: Indianapolis, IN. Could be part of Schedule or maybe separate but not required. We must not repeat job title as heading. The title is "Supervisor, Quality Control". Not to be used as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove duplicated lines, boilerplate like EEO, disability accommodation, etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

... (company overview and role overview)

    Benefits

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives, including health care programs and paid time off.

    Schedule

This is an on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. Also removed "Learn about the Danaher Business System..." maybe keep in About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information: The intro paragraphs about mission, time, etc. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "Bring more to life. Are you ready to accelerate your potential and make a real difference within life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology? At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, one of Danaher’s 15+ operating companies, our work saves lives—and we’re all united by a shared commitment to innovate for tangible impact. You’ll thrive in a culture of belonging where you and your unique viewpoint matter. And by harnessing Danaher’s system of continuous improvement, you help turn ideas into impact – innovating at the speed of life. At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, we know time is the most critical facet in the laboratory today: time to get life-saving therapies to patients faster; reclaiming time by automating tedious manual workflows; and saving time spent addressing erroneous or complex results. We are partners in time and accelerate answers to critical questions through the power of automation. We develop innovations for scientists by scientists, with many of our 3,300+ global colleagues coming from the laboratory. It’s all part of our time-tested approach to bringing meaningful innovations at the speed of life since 1935. And we’re just beginning. Working together, let’s put our time and talents together to advance human health for tomorrow. Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible." That's a lot but we need to preserve all substantive information. It's okay. Now ensure no duplicate lines. The posting also had "The Supervisor, Quality Control is responsible for leading activities related to in-process and finished product inspection, product release, and associated quality records (including Batch Records and Device History Records). This role provides direct leadership to a team of quality inspectors, ensuring timely product release, regulatory compliance, and effective identification and escalation of quality issues. The position plays a key role in maintaining product quality while supporting manufacturing efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. This position reports to the Senior Manager - Manufacturing Quality and is part of the Quality & Regulatory Affairs organization located in Indianapolis, IN. This will be an on-site role." We could incorporate that into About the role or Responsibilities. Since it's about role description, maybe include in About the role after the intro. But we already have Responsibilities section covering the detailed duties. The paragraph about leading activities etc is more of a summary; we could include it in About the role as well. However we must not duplicate content already in Responsibilities. The summary is not exactly same as bullet list; it's okay to include. We'll add that paragraph after the intro in About the role. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first the motivational intro, second the role summary. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Check out our benefits at Danaher Benefits Info." We kept benefits summary but removed the link instruction. We also removed "Join our winning team today..." etc which is application instruction/boilerplate. Remove. Also removed "We partner with customers across the globe..." etc which is maybe not boilerplate but could be considered generic; but it's substantive about company. Could keep in About the role? It's after benefits. Might be considered fluff but it's still about company. However we already have a lot; we could keep it but risk being considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's about company's mission. I'd keep it maybe as part of About the role. But we must not include application instructions like "Join our winning team today. Together, we’ll accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow’s science and technology." That's application encouragement; could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also remove "For more information, visit www.danaher.com." That's generic. Thus final About the role will include: Paragraph1: Bring more to life... up to Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible. Paragraph2: The Supervisor, Quality Control is responsible for leading activities related to in-process and finished product inspection, product release, and associated quality records (including Batch Records and Device History Records). This will be an on-site role. Now ensure we didn't repeat "This will be an on-site role." later in Schedule; we have it also in Schedule. Slight duplication but okay; we could keep it only in Schedule and remove from About the role. But the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we remove it from About the role, we lose that detail. But we have it in Schedule; still preserved. However the detail about being on-site is also in the role summary
