Supervisor Quality Assurance Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 60 guest room inspections per day for Resort rooms and 40 for Tower suites.
• Conduct visual inspections of guest hallways.
• Ensure inspections meet Wynn Standards of cleanliness for all guest rooms, suites and villas.
• Spend up to 90% of time on the floor, interacting with guests and employees.
• Coach Guest Room Attendants and Utility Housepersons on room standard techniques.
• Complete written documentation related to inspections.
• Participate in special projects during shifts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications.
• Operate Property Management Systems such as OPERA and room tracking programs.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a four/five star large casino or hotel environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to effectively read, write, and speak English.
