Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Regional Manager of Projects.
• Manages all lighting and gear project managers.
• Handles the day-to-day operations with project managers, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and operational details and issues.
• Aids operations with the warehouse and PLS in regards to ongoing projects.
• Responds to customer inquiries and salesperson requests regarding project applications and operations.
• Assists in planning and presenting training programs and other professional growth opportunities for customers and salespersons.
• Solves customer order problems and complaints promptly.
• Prepares necessary correspondence and reports for business transactions.

Qualifications

• Prefer Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) and/or two to four years’ equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have experience as a contractor inside sales person or management of lighting projects and/or electrical distribution and control projects.
• PC literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe & Power Point).
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
