About The Role

AZEK is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing manufacturing team during overnight operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safety, quality, and team engagement. You’ll play a critical role in delivering production goals while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage production teams to achieve operational goals
• Ensure safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements are consistently met
• Oversee equipment set-ups, start-ups, and efficient machine operation
• Monitor product quality, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with Maintenance on repairs and preventive maintenance
• Manage production schedules, documentation, and shift communication
• Provide training, coaching, and conflict resolution to support team development
• Promote a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (technical or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with required supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of production equipment, quality standards, and safety practices
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to thrive on a night shift schedule

Pay

$90,000 – $95,000 plus bonus eligibility.

Schedule

4x4 night shift: 5:30 PM – 6:15 AM.
