Supervisor - Production
Our client, a leading technology manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their Manufacturing Operations Department, supporting the Production, Quality, and Maintenance Teams.
About the role
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating employees on the second shift. Implement initiatives to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and operational efficiency. Review production operations and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to resolve manufacturing issues. Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems to identify and address production concerns. Prepare production reports, maintain personnel records, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in production supervision, manufacturing, or a related environment.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and manufacturing operations.
- Experience working with machinery, tools, maintenance processes, and production equipment.
- Strong communication, leadership, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Pay
$33 - $38 per hour
