About the role
Production Supervisor needed to support 4Front Engineered Solutions in Kenosha, WI. This role supports High Performance Doors, under the brand names Dynaco, Albany, and TKO, on-site in the Kenosha, WI facility.
Responsibilities
- Review operations & efficiency to assure production standards
- Coordinate plant operations & resolve functional area challenges
- Evaluation & documentation of current processes
- Leadership, coaching and guidance of the team
- Cooperation and teamwork with production leadership
Requirements
- Provides excellent customer service

- Develops our people
- Understands Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and quality principles
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a related role
- Spanish fluency would be great
