Responsibilities

• Position supervises the long- and short-range production tasks for assigned products produced at CLT to satisfy the Marketing forecast within the desired inventory guidelines established by upper management.
• Administers shop floor scheduling of daily priorities and the corresponding material movement for assigned products in the manufacturing facility.
• Accomplishes management-determined objectives in areas of production, quality, personnel relations, and safety.
• Develops solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and collaboration.
• Leads, guides, and directs the daily work activities of department employees in support of CLT’s production, quality, and safety goals.
• Coordinates with appropriate departments to achieve stated objectives.
• Understands key metrics and targets; identifies
