Supervisor Procedural Scheduling - Surgical Specialties
About the Role
As a Supervisor of Procedural Scheduling, you'll lead scheduling operations across multidisciplinary surgical and procedure departments. You will coordinate workflows between internal and external providers, manage OR block allocation, and serve as the primary liaison with physician offices. Your responsibilities include supervising, training, and developing your scheduling team, triaging urgent requests, monitoring phone and electronic systems, and delivering feedback to help your staff grow. You will also provide scheduling reports, operational insight, and decision-making support to department leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead scheduling operations for surgical and procedural departments.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in healthcare.
- 2 years of Coordinator/leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree.
- Epic experience.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $31.43 - $48.08 per hour. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
