Providing leadership and oversight for the Patient Connection Center (PCC) within Piedmont Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Supervising, monitoring, coaching, and developing employees performing duties such as:
- Checking the accuracy of orders
- Verifying insurance
- Creating estimates
- Obtaining authorizations
- Appointment scheduling
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- Associate’s Degree Preferred or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Qualifications
- 3 years revenue cycle experience or Contact Center experience Required
- Healthcare Reimbursement experience Preferred
- Supervisory experience Preferred
- Call center experience requiring high volume inventory management Preferred
- Previous Epic experience Preferred
- Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association Preferred or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Preferred
