Role Overview: Responsible for managing daily operations of the plant-specific storeroom, including overseeing Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) procedures, manpower scheduling, and inventory audits. The role involves coordinating contingent workforce activities, generating reports, managing budgets, safety measures, and supporting calibration activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage storeroom staff and contractors, create transfer orders, oversee internal equipment repairs, support ISO standards review, conduct cycle counts, manage tank farm activities, handle SAP and Maximo queries, and support shipping and receiving processes. Qualifications & Skills: An associate degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 6 years in associate management or equipment service. Proficiency in Excel, project management, communication, and multitasking is essential. Working Conditions: Overtime required, open office environment, with occasional plant-to-plant travel.
