Leading a team of 4–10 Parts Advisors, the Parts Supervisor sets clear goals, manages all supply-chain activities, and drives continuous improvement in team performance, process efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Act as site leader for a team of 4–10 Parts Advisors, setting clear goals and expectations
- Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps, develop resolution plans, and own team metrics
- Manage location schedules based on business needs and assigned resources, leading receiving, pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work
- Maintain alignment with Service leadership, Regional Parts Managers, Programs, and Senior Leadership
- Drive implementation of new initiatives and ensure team meets agreed-upon standards
- Evaluate Parts Advisor performance, provide coaching, and recruit candidates to build a world-class team
- Demonstrate and uphold a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
Requirements
- Track record of elevating team performance through continuous improvement, planning, delegation, and execution of complex plans
- Lead by example, performing tasks at a high level and refining local procedures for efficiency
- Highly organized in documentation and physical inventory management
- Proficiency with computer programs and Tesla-internal applications (advanced Excel, supply-chain databases, ticketing systems)
- Excellent communication skills, including expressing well-reasoned, independent thought at all organizational levels
- Flexibility to travel within region to support other sites
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain (or as Parts Shop Manager/Supply Chain Manager, preferably with people management)

Pay
Expected compensation: $79,800 – $119,700 annual salary plus cash and stock awards and benefits. Pay varies based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
