Parts & Services Supervisor

Oversee manpower scheduling, contractor coordination, and inventory audits. Generate reports, support plant budgets, safety measures, and procurement activities. Lead calibration activities for MRO and plant departments. Key Responsibilities Manage storeroom workforce and calibration contractorsCoordinate manpower schedules, including holidays and shutdownsCreate and process Storeroom Transfer Orders (STOs)Oversee internal equipment repairs and ISO standards supportManage tank farm activities, SAP and Maximo queries, and P-Card transactionsDevelop shipping/receiving processes for plant and inter-plant movements Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or equivalent work experience in technical or management fieldsMinimum of 6 years experience in associated management or equipment serviceProficiency with Excel, dashboarding, project management, and communication skillsAbility to multitask effectively Working Conditions: Overtime, plant-to-plant travel, and an open office environment.
