The Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency (IRMA) invites interest in the position of Supervisor of Liability Claims. The Claims Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of claims operations while partnering with executive leadership to identify emerging risks, analyze claims and litigation trends, and recommend initiatives that reduce losses and improve member outcomes. Key responsibilities include overseeing complex claims, coverage reviews, litigation management, subrogation recovery efforts, and reporting to reinsurers and excess insurance providers.
