Basic Job Functions

  • Own and maintain the consolidated financial forecast, serving as the single source of truth across reporting segments and divisions for earnings guidance, medium-term cash planning, and long-term scenario analysis
  • Manage a fully integrated forecast model encompassing the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows, supporting both near-term cash management and long-term capital planning decisions
  • Lead the EPS guidance process end-to-end — producing consolidated near-term forecasts, stress-testing assumptions, and presenting findings and recommendations to Senior Leadership
  • Design and maintain scenario and sensitivity analysis tools that enable leadership to evaluate the financial impact of key variables such as pricing, volume, and capital allocation decisions
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and maintain a suite of strategic planning scenarios that inform capital deployment, shareholder returns, and operational priorities
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional forecasting partner for Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, Treasury, Executive Compensation, and Commercial/Marketing teams, ensuring alignment across all inputs to the consolidated forecast
  • Collaborate with data and technology teammates to identify gaps in forecasting infrastructure and drive the development of new data capabilities that improve forecast accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the annual budgeting cycle and respond to ad hoc financial analysis requests from Senior Leadership and key business partners
  • Serve as a critical resource and thought partner to the broader FP&A team, Division Controllers, and functional leaders across Accounting, Tax, Commercial/Marketing, and Investor Relations
  • Provide financial insight and analytical support that directly informs executive decision-making and external earnings communications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
  • Minimum of seven years of finance, accounting, or related analytical experience
  • Advanced Excel (experience with modeling and charts) and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
  • Experience with OneStream, Anaplan or Oracle software, SQL/database languages
  • Big 4 / Public Accounting or Investment Banking / Private Equity experience
  • Statistical modeling, Python/R
  • Knowledge and experience developing and formalizing forecast processes
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and written experience
  • Hands-on self-starter that can effectively lead a broad ranging project
