About the role

The Assistant Director of Nursing will oversee the nursing operations within the designated department, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing management experience.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in pediatric primary care setting preferred.

Pay

$100,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
