Supervisor Neuroscience Registries
Job Summary
Under direction of Barrow Neuro Analytics Center (BNAC) leadership, the Supervisor of Neuroscience Research Registries will oversee day-to-day operational management of all activities and functions in support of assigned processes, projects, or program(s). Responsibilities include designing, developing, and operationalizing a centralized, compliant data repository to support translational research, clinical trials, and population-based studies; promoting data-driven research by enabling secure data access and integration across departments; monitoring project/program activities; ensuring compliance with Dignity Health IT and Research policies and procedures; serving as liaison with internal department staff, managers, and facility executives; and initiating and maintaining vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Supports the design, development, and operationalization of a centralized, compliant data repository to support translational research, clinical trials, and population-based studies.
- Promotes data-driven research by enabling secure data access and integration across departments, accelerating analytics, and supporting secondary data use.
- Maintains oversight of project/program activities on a daily basis and ensures timely communication and financial accounting activities are being tracked/performed.
- Ensures all projects and programs follow established Dignity Health IT and Research policies and procedures, and departmental guidelines, within the construct of the BNI co-management agreement with Dignity Health.
- Serves as liaison with internal department staff, managers, and facility executives, participating in facilitating team meetings, creating agendas, identifying guest speakers, and engaging staff in discussion.
- Responsible for initiating and maintaining vendor relationships.
Job Requirements
- Required Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Three (3) years of relevant technical and business experience in the management of electronic database capture for Clinical trial/registry studies/Clinical research
