Supervisor Neuroscience Registries
About the role
The Supervisor of Neuroscience Research Registries supports the design, development, and operationalization of a centralized, compliant data repository to support translational research, clinical trials, and population-based studies. They promote data-driven research by enabling secure data access and integration across departments, accelerating analytics, and supporting secondary data use. They monitor project/program activities on a daily basis and ensure timely communication and financial accounting activities are being tracked/performed. They ensure all projects and programs follow established Dignity Health IT and Research policies and procedures, and departmental guidelines, within the construct of the BNI co-management agreement with Dignity Health. They serve as a liaison with internal department staff, managers, and facility executives and participate in facilitating team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Supports the design, development, and operationalization of a centralized, compliant data repository to support translational research, clinical trials, and population-based studies.
- Promotes data-driven research by enabling secure data access and integration across departments, accelerating analytics, and supporting secondary data use.
- Maintains compliance with Dignity Health IT and Research policies and procedures, and departmental guidelines.
- Serves as a liaison with internal department staff, managers, and facility executives.
- Engages in the support of professional growth and education activities for their assigned department and/or supervised staff.
- Initiates and maintains vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Three (3) years of relevant technical and business experience in the management of electronic database capture for Clinical trial/registry studies/Clinical research
