Responsibilities
- Coordinate the maintenance, repair, testing, calibration, installation, and inspection of measurement, communication, and control equipment within your area of responsibility to ensure compliance with AGA, API, GPA, and FCC requirements.
- Provide project support and/or management during the installation of instrumentation and equipment in new and renovated measurement and/or regulation facilities.
- Submit recommendations to the manager regarding technical improvements, budgets, and manpower requirements.
- Aid the manager in preparing and managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets for your area of responsibility.
- Ensure that the asset base is maintained in accordance with all applicable EPA, DOT, RRC, OSHA regulatory requirements, company operating procedures, and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 8+ years related measurement and/or supervisory experience
- PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel
- Knowledge of measurement programs
- Subject to 24-hour call out seven days per week and possible extended workdays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills to interface with customers and technicians
Preferred Skills
- College or technical trade degree in a related field
