Key Job Responsibilities

• Supports efficient operation of the manufacturing floor.
• Handles confidential and time-sensitive material.
• Familiar with a variety of manufacturing field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Communicates effectively via phone and email to ensure accurate and timely completion of duties.
• Plans and accomplishes goals using experience and judgment.
• Prepares an annual sales forecast aligned with product group marketing goals and sales management guidance.
• Includes estimates of sales costs, value of sales, anticipated delivery schedule, gross profit, and overall budget for each product.

Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills

• High school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience or 2-5 years of people supervision with proven conflict resolution skills.
• A minimum of 3 years of formal technical training beyond high school.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, robust problem-solving techniques, material requirements planning (MRP), time and attendance, and proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
