Supervisor - LPN/LVN - Full Time
Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day operations to ensure the effective and efficient operation for assigned clinical areas, to include Patient Care and Nursing Services. May assume management-level control in absence of the Director. Interprets and supports the philosophies and policies of RMC. Provides and monitors safe, cost effective patient care in accordance with LVN scope of practice and adhere to the organizational nursing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of accredited school of License Vocational Nursing program required.
- Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two to three year’s related experience and/or training preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year ambulatory care experience preferred.
HOURS
HOURS: 8am-5pm
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current California LVN license, current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association, ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American Heart Association, and IV Certification required.
