About the Role

You will be responsible for the nursing needs of residents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment, and participating in the resident's daily life rhythm. You will also help develop assignments and keep team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Develop and coordinate assignments with care partners
• Keep team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction
• Work shifts including Day (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM), Evening (3:45 - 11:15 PM), and NOC (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state for which applying
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• Current CPR certification
• New grads are welcome

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a licensed vocational nursing program

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of person-directed care philosophy

Pay

Pay rate: $33.95 - 40.50 per hour, depending on experience + pay differentials (Eve $1.00)

Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, rotating schedule, weekend and on-call required
• Evening Shift: 3:45 - 11:15 PM, rotating schedule, weekend and on-call required
• NOC Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating schedule, weekend and on-call required
