The role involves conducting medical history interviews, physical exams, blood testing, and evaluating donor reactions in compliance with SOPs. You will support medical emergencies, refer complex issues to physicians, and assist with vaccination programs. Additionally, you will handle employee incidents, follow EHS guidelines, and may serve as a Pandemic Coordinator. The position requires familiarity with industry regulations and providing environmental, health, and safety support. Qualifications and Skills: clinical knowledge, strong customer service, adherence to SOPs and safety protocols, ability to manage medical emergencies, and collaboration with medical and operational staff. Prior experience in healthcare or blood donation environments is preferred.
