LPN/LVN Nurse - Full Time

About the role

You will determine donor eligibility, manage adverse events, review lab results, and notify donors of unsuitable tests. The role includes conducting medical history interviews, physical exams, blood testing, and evaluating donor reactions in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Support medical emergencies and refer complex issues to physicians
• Assist with vaccination programs
• Handle employee incidents and follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines
• Serve as a Pandemic Coordinator when required
• Maintain familiarity with industry regulations
• Provide environmental, health, and safety support

Requirements

• Clinical knowledge and strong customer service skills
• Adherence to SOPs and safety protocols
• Ability to manage medical emergencies
• Collaboration with medical and operational staff
• Prior experience in healthcare or blood donation environments (preferred)
