Supervisor Level 1

Location: 1375 W Duval Road, Green Valley, Arizona 85614

Shift Availability: Flexible Availability

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
• Greets customers, answers questions, and explains the wash options available.
• Ensures customer satisfaction; reports any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Completes all Car Wash Attendant job duties satisfactorily.
• Troubleshoots basic XPT and DRB issues; follows “DRB Protocol.”
• Reads “Supervisor Level DRB” training course.
• Attends Preventative Maintenance Training and completes 5-Day Preventative Maintenance.
• Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
• Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.

Duties Breakdown:

• 60% Customer Interaction
• 30% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)
• 5% Opening/Closing Procedures
• 5% Basic Troubleshooting

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
• Enforces all safety policies.
• Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Able to clean out solenoids.

Physical Demands

In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to:

• Stand and walk throughout the workday.
• Use hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch, and kneel.
• Work in damp and humid conditions.
• Work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
• Lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.

Experience

Customer service and some car wash experience preferred.

Working Environment

• Works in a typical outdoor car wash environment.
• Noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud; hearing protection and other PPE required.
• Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and wear Personal Protective Equipment (e.g., hearing, eye, foot, hand protection).

Supervision

Must be able to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.
