These tools assist our teams but do not replace human decision-making. If you need an accommodation or have questions, please contact CandidateAccommodations@Lennox.com. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The disclaimer and equal opportunity statements are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also remove "Our Culture" maybe? The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. "Our Culture" is a section but not in the list of allowed headings; we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content to those. We have "Who We Are" which could be About the role? Actually "Who We Are" is company overview, could be About the role? Usually About the role is description of role. But we have "What Drives Success" which describes responsibilities. So we can map: - About the role: maybe the "Who We Are" paragraph? But that's more about company. Could also be a brief summary of role? The posting doesn't have explicit "About the role" section; but we have "What Drives Success" which is responsibilities. We could treat "Who We Are" as About the role? Might be okay. Better: Use "About the role" for a brief description of the role: maybe combine the first paragraph (Who We Are) and the "What Drives Success" lead sentence? But we need to preserve all substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. We must keep all info. So we need to include all substantive info from posting, but we can organize into sections. We have: - Company overview: Who We Are Lennox ... (paragraph) - Responsibilities: What Drives Success ... (list of duties) - Requirements: What We Are Looking For ... (education, experience, knowledge, skills) - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Could be overlapping. But we can put qualifications under Requirements or separate. The instruction: Use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. We have: "Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience. Advanced and in-depth knowledge of assigned products including the application of diagnostic techniques and service aids. Knowledge of learning theories and skilled in classroom presentation. Excellent classroom presentation skills. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills" These are qualifications/requirements/skills. We could split: Requirements (education + experience), Qualifications (knowledge of products, learning theories), Skills (classroom presentation, written/verbal communication). But we must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one Requirements section that includes all. Or we could have Requirements and Skills. We also have Pay and Benefits sections. Pay: Compensation details: salaried exempt role, salary range $85,000 - $111,300 annually, annual bonus, not eligible for overtime. Benefits: list of benefits. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule section. We also have "Our Culture" and disclaimer which we should remove as boilerplate. Thus sections: About the role (company overview + maybe role purpose?), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, except boilerplate removed. Let's extract substantive info: Company overview paragraph: "Who We Are Lennox (NYSE: LII) Driven by 130 years of legacy, HVAC and refrigeration success, Lennox provides our residential and commercial customers with industry-leading climate-control solutions. At Lennox, we win as a team, aiming for excellence and delivering innovative, sustainable products and services. Our culture guides us and creates a workplace where all employees feel heard and welcomed. Lennox is a global community that values each team member’s contributions and offers a supportive environment for career development. Come, stay, and grow with us." That's substantive. Responsibilities: "What Drives Success Lead day-to-day activities of IT education staff engaged in all activities associated with the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of training programs. Managing licenses/platforms used to create and deliver training (i.e. Brainstorm)Work with corporate HR and facilities to coordinate and align training contentAssist with the creation and distribution of IT Communications content.Assists with assigning personnel to the various training tasks and directs their activities.Reviews course content and objectives and evaluates the effectiveness of training presentations and programs.Leads education of team on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods.Consults with personnel in other information systems sections to coordinate activities.Prepares activity and progress reports regarding the information systems training section" We need to ensure spacing: there are missing spaces after periods; but we keep as is? Probably we should keep the text exactly but we can add spaces for readability? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Adding spaces is not changing meaning, but could be considered altering. Safer to keep as given, but it's hard to read. However we can keep as is; but we could also insert spaces where missing because they are likely formatting errors. The instruction says do not invent or summarize away detail; adding spaces is not inventing detail, just formatting. I think it's okay to add spaces for readability. But to be safe, we could keep the exact string; but the output will be messy. I think it's acceptable to add spaces. We'll produce a clean version with proper punctuation. Responsibilities list items: - Lead day-to-day activities of IT education staff engaged in all activities associated with the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of training programs. - Managing licenses/platforms used to create and deliver training (i.e. Brainstorm) - Work with corporate HR and facilities to coordinate and align training content - Assist with the creation and distribution of IT Communications content. - Assists with assigning personnel to the various training tasks and directs their activities. - Reviews course content and objectives and evaluates the effectiveness of training presentations and programs. - Leads education of team on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods. - Consults with personnel in other information systems sections to coordinate activities. - Prepares activity and progress reports regarding the information systems training section Note some verbs inconsistent; but we keep. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: - Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Requires at least 5 years related experience. - Advanced and in-depth knowledge of assigned products including the application of diagnostic techniques and service aids. - Knowledge of learning theories and skilled in classroom presentation. - Excellent classroom presentation skills. - Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. We could split: Requirements (education + experience), Qualifications (knowledge of products, learning theories), Skills (classroom presentation, written/verbal communication). But to avoid many thin sections, we could combine into one Requirements section that includes all. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So one Requirements section containing all is fine. But we also have Pay and Benefits sections. Pay: "Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $85,000 - $111,300 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime." We need to preserve all details. Benefits: "Benefits : Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
