Responsibilities
- Works with analysts and manager and in conjunction with multiple internal & external partners and regulators to ensure compliance with Internal Controls and applicable New Jersey and federal regulations.
- Submit release notes and associated documentation for system enhancements, configuration changes, financial reporting, T&C changes etc. as defined in NJDGE Release Note Guidelines.
- Supports in the testing of system enhancements and periodically reviews websites to ensure compliance and integrity.
- Provides support to accounting in the yearly Title 26 reporting as it relates to W2Gs and 1099s – Online.
- Affords assistance in analyst development and provides coaching, training, and skills assessment.
- Schedule and assign tasks; approve time off and ensure work assigned is completed in a timely basis.
- Supports the preparation of the annual budget process for the business.
- Ensures quality in financial reporting and the close process.
- Maintains database of market intelligence and other competitive analysis.
- Helps coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all appropriate documentation and support required is organized and preserved.
- Affords assistance in tracking and accounting for projects and related capital expenditures.
- Utilizes technology effectively to accomplish objectives.
- Works diligently to support Bally’s culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
- Maintains confidentiality of all Company trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information.
- Performs ad hoc analysis and projects as required.
- Independent authority to manage and direct staff including hiring, accountability and performance.
- Mentors and develops analysts.
