About the role
The Supervisor for the Integrated Product Development Laboratories oversees packaging and labeling development laboratory spaces and equipment, drives commissioning and qualification efforts, and coordinates equipment activities to achieve organizational and regulatory objectives while leading a team of Engineering Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians supporting laboratory operations
- Ensure laboratory compliance with Regeneron training requirements and GxP standards
- Maintain laboratory infrastructure (facilities, utilities) and operational assets (equipment, instruments, software, documentation)
- Drive continuous process improvement to enhance performance, reliability, and throughput
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors/service providers
- Help shape strategy and establish KPIs/metrics to measure effectiveness and compliance
- Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and performance management to direct reports
Requirements
- Experience with packaging equipment (vibration tables, drop testers, shakers etc.)
- Excel at technical writing and clear, concise verbal communication
- Manage projects and timelines, including coordination with external vendors
- Demonstrate unwavering integrity, honesty, and transparency
- Lead teams and take accountability for performance and results
- Navigate ambiguity and translate it into clear, actionable plans
Qualifications
- BS in Life Sciences, packaging science/engineering is preferred and 5+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous people leadership/supervisory experience is required
- Experience in combination products or medical devices is preferred

Pay
$78,700.00 - $128,700.00 annually
