Supervisor, Intake & Enrollment
Job Overview
The Intake & Enrollment Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to oversee the intake process and staff for all existing PACE locations, along with having direct responsibility to cultivate referral sources that ensure and maintain stable census growth. In addition, this role will monitor the intake process flow, ensuring that the enrollment flow has an average maximum of 20 days. This role will also develop, facilitate, and coordinate training of Intake Specialists and manage productivity, report findings, and ensure CRM utilization by the Intake Specialists. This role will work closely with other PACE cross-functional departments to ensure that clients are enrolled in a timely and efficient manner. This role is responsible for the daily operational issues facing the Intake Specialists and interacting with the Operational Leadership Team. This role will ensure compliance with State and Federal PACE Regulations and be responsible for developing Correction Action Plans (CAP) for audit purposes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in business/marketing or health care-related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience is required.
- Experience working with the elderly and their families, preferably in a community agency or health care setting, is required.
- Bilingual: Cantonese/Mandarin/Vietnamese/English or Spanish/English required.
Compensation
$70,304.00 - $84,364.80 annually
