Supervisor Imaging Services - Chula Vista

About the role

This is a full-time, salaried position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The selected candidate must be available to work weekends, take call during Imaging Department operating hours, and respond to staffing shortages and emergency call needs in the evenings and at weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and staffing of the imaging department, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and efficient patient flow.
• Support department leadership and help deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in imaging services with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
• ARRT/CRT or ARDMS/CCI or RN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Qualifications

• Strong background in CT and diagnostic radiology
• At least 3 years’ leadership experience within imaging services
• EPIC working experience
• Bachelor’s degree
