About the role
The Imaging Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily Imaging Center operations, managing high-volume production deliverables, and driving the end-to-end transformation of physical documents into digital assets. Reporting to the Director of Imaging Services, this position leads a dedicated department of fifteen to thirty employees, focusing on operational workflow design and mentoring team members to achieve excellence.
Responsibilities
- Workflow Management: Lead daily production workflows and manage project timelines to guarantee the highest quality and outcome of customer orders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams across multiple areas of Iron Mountain and communicate effectively with external clients to resolve operational issues and improve procedures.
- Team Leadership & Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies by leading, mentoring, and cross-training department employees.
- Financial Administration: Support the team's invoicing processes systematically to ensure smooth operational accounting.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment managing teams of 15–30 employees.
- Strong knowledge of imaging processes, data extraction methodologies, and operational workflow design.
- Proven ability in team leadership, personnel development, and cross-training.
- Exceptional project management, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar supervisory role within a high-volume production environment.
- Knowledge of industry-standard imaging and document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay
$56,000 annually.
Schedule
Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
