Job Description and Duties
The primary responsibilities of this position include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Facility Operations Branch, managing staff, ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures, and coordinating maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Completion of a relevant bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar field
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Knowledge of facility management and maintenance practices
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Qualifications
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Successfully passed the Supervisor I exam
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Experience in managing a team of facility maintenance workers
