About the role

The Supervisor I supervises a team of analytical staff to ensure excellent customer service to managers and supervisors on current personnel issues, policy and procedure changes, policy implementation, and classification & hiring related matters. Incumbent may also have to occasionally travel to offices and field locations throughout California.
