SUPERVISOR I

About the role

The Disability Insurance Branch (DIB) is seeking a Supervisor I to join the Workload Strategy Group within the Command Center Division. This position plays a vital role in supporting DIB management by overseeing, directing, planning and executing the activities of a group of analysts who complete workload and allocation related activities.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for the Workload Strategy Unit (WSU)
• Exercises full first-line supervisory responsibility
• Oversees, directs, plans and executes the activities of a group of analysts who complete workload and allocation related activities
• Completes workload and allocation related activities such as planning, forecasting, and developing data-driven recommendations to meet established service level agreements and key performance indicators
• Supports DIB management by overseeing, directing, planning and executing the activities of a group of analysts who complete workload and allocation related activities

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two years of progressively responsible experience in a related field OR six years of progressively responsible experience in a related field
• Experience: Two years of progressively responsible experience in a related field OR six years of progressively responsible experience in a related field

Pay

• $7,172.00 - $8,910.00

Schedule

• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Monday – Friday
