What We Offer

The House Supervisor will act as the in-house administrative representative and resource person for all patients, staff, staff physicians, and visitors.

What We're Looking For

• Educational Requirement: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - BSN/BA/BS, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
• Experience Requirement: Minimum of five (5) years previous nursing experience, required. Previous management experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification Requirement: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• Additional Skills Required: Knowledge, skills, and ability necessary to modify care and interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care according to patient’s age, health and developmental status. Demonstrated sound and effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, good interpersonal skills, and good intra and interdepartmental relationships.
• Additional Skills Preferred: Critical care or ED experience.
