The team member will use Novant Health’s First Do No Harm (NHFDNH) safety behaviors/error prevention tools and high reliability strategies as appropriate to ensure a safe, remarkable patient experience.
The House Supervisor will act as the in-house administrative representative and resource person for all patients, staff, staff physicians, and visitors.
What We're Looking For
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Required BSN/BA/BS Graduate Degree - Preferred
Years Of Experience: Preferred Previous Management Experience. Required Minimum of five (5) years previous nursing experience.
Licensure/Certification: Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Required/Preferred- Current RN licensure in appropriate state. Critical Care or ED experience
