Responsibilities

• Supervise daily white-glove delivery and installation services for data center hardware, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Coordinate scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of freight shipments and on-site services.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and industry standards.
• Support vendor relations by ensuring adherence to service processes, escalating issues, and providing feedback to management.
• Provide back-up leadership under the Manager, Global Data Center Services.
• Supervise staff coordinating transportation and distribution workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Some College/Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales preferred.
• 2+ years working in a data center environment required.
• 1+ years of supervision required.
• Knowledge working with budget preparation.
• Knowledge with SOP's and industry standards.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $76,220–$114,340 in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area and $99,130–$148,690 in the San Francisco (SFO) area. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
