About the role

The Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor plays a crucial role in our supply chain team, partnering with leadership to ensure exceptional customer service, cost reduction through process improvement, and a positive work environment for associates.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage hourly associates to achieve performance goals, productivity, accuracy, and quality control standards.
• Lead the team in daily, weekly, and monthly planning of departments.
• Make recommendations and improvements to department processes and procedures.
• Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of associates.
• Evaluate department performance using operational reports and ensure expectations are met.
• Collaborate with the Fulfillment Center Team Manager and other management to operate within guidelines and achieve success.
• Ensure safe work practices and foster a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to accurately calculate and plan headcount
• Understanding of and ability to use Fulfillment/Distribution technology
• Ability to adopt safety procedures and ensure safe work practices
• Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of warehouse experience, and the ability to pass a drug screen.
