Supervisor - Food Services, Shifts Vary, Weekend Rotation

Responsibilities

• Supervising staff and related operational functions
• Coordinating the menu, production and procurement, along with service and sanitation processes
• Applying age appropriate skills in the delivery of service for patients aged neonate through geriatric
• Monitoring quality work standards to ensure compliance with departmental and organizational goals
• Evaluating education and training needs of staff
• Promoting teamwork while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
• Contributing to the efficient operations of the department

Qualifications

Required: One year in food services

Desired: One year in a high volume healthcare setting, Associate Degree, Certified Dietary Manager
