Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and related operational functions
• Coordinate menu, production, and procurement
• Oversee service and sanitation processes
• Apply age-appropriate skills in service delivery for patients aged neonate through geriatric
• Monitor quality work standards to ensure compliance with departmental and organizational goals
• Evaluate education and training needs of staff
• Promote teamwork while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
• Contribute to the efficient operations of the department

Qualifications

• Required: One year of experience in food services
• Desired:
  • One year in a high-volume healthcare setting
  • Associate Degree
  • Certified Dietary Manager certification
