Supervisor - Food Services, 10:30a-7p Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and related operational functions.
• Coordinate menu, production, procurement, service, and sanitation processes.
• Apply age-appropriate skills in service delivery for patients aged neonate through geriatric.
• Monitor quality work standards to ensure compliance with departmental and organizational goals.
• Evaluate education and training needs of staff.
• Promote teamwork while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Contribute to the efficient operations of the department.

Qualifications

Required:

• One year of experience in food services.

Desired:

• One year in a high-volume healthcare setting.
• Associate Degree.
• Certified Dietary Manager certification.
