Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and related operational functions
• Covers menu, production and procurement coordination
• Coordinates service and sanitation processes
• Applies age appropriate skills in the delivery of service
• Maintains quality work standards to ensure compliance with departmental and organizational goals
• Evaluates education and training needs of staff
• Promotes teamwork while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
• Contributes to the efficient operations of the department
• Applies age appropriateness skills in the delivery of service for patients aged neonate through geriatric

Qualifications

• One year in food services
• Desired one year in a high volume healthcare setting
• Associate Degree
• Certified Dietary Manager
