Supervisor - Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

• Keeps a service first mentality and ensures all team members are meeting and exceeding our service standards and guests expectations.
• Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings.
• Provides positive and informative pre-shifts and other staff interactions ensuring the team is knowledgeable, prepared, engaged.
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained.
