Supervisor Financial Planning and Analysis

Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results, identify key drivers and trends, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations that influence business strategy.
- Present compelling narratives to senior leadership to drive strategic outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Project Management, and Business Development teams to guide decision-making on key initiatives and investments.
- Lead and continuously improve global CapEx and sales forecasting processes across Plan, LBE, and OEM cycles—ensuring accuracy, alignment, and strategic relevance.
- Deliver complete, accurate, and high-quality financial submissions, serving as a trusted source of truth for leadership.
- Partner with Business Development to build and refine sales forecasts for high-impact strategic partnerships.
- Enable executive decision-making by developing concise, executive-ready presentations for key forums (LBE, PMR, and leadership reviews).
- Drive growth forecasting by partnering with Business Development to build and refine sales forecasts for high-impact strategic partnerships.
- Own financial integrity by delivering complete, accurate, and high-quality financial submissions, serving as a trusted source of truth for leadership.
- Operate as a self-starter by navigating a complex, global organization with autonomy—proactively driving initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results.
- Engage across the enterprise by partnering with Corporate and Division functions (Tax, Treasury, Audit, Investor Relations, etc.) to support a wide range of strategic and operational priorities.
- Champion controls and compliance by ensuring adherence to corporate accounting policies, internal controls (CFMs), and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements while maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements
You'll Bring Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance or accounting), or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of financial experience demonstrating a progressive level of responsibility.
- A preferred Master’s Degree or CPA.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Copilot).
- A strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.

Pay
