Job Information

Operates in the field, on-call or provides technical support to assigned customers. Measures, writes the job scope, and quotes field jobs. Makes sure all employees are safety compliant and able to work in the plants. Goes over quotes and future jobs with customers, sets up crews with the Planner to cover jobs, travels with outside sales to meet with customers and explains how our products work and how the job breaks down.

Key Responsibilities

  • Makes measures and writes quotes for field jobs.
  • Evaluates the job site and rents the proper equipment needed for jobs.
  • Sets up crews with the Planner to cover the jobs.
  • Manages relations with contractors.
  • Delegates job duties to field crews.
  • Communicates with customers.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires previous Supervisory experience.
  • Generally 5+ years experience in related field operations.
  • May require certification MSHA, OSHA Sites Specific.

  • Continually required to sit.
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
  • Occasionally balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
  • Continually required to talk or hear.
  • Continually utilize visual acuity to read technical information and/or use a keyboard.
  • Occasionally lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts.
  • Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals.
  • Occasionally exposure to outside weather conditions.
  • Occasionally loud noise (examples: shop tool noises, electric motors, moving mechanical equipment).

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment with flexibility for hybrid work. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers are used. Occasional visits to warehouses or operational sites may be required. Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
