Supervisor Facility Maintenance
Position Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping our distribution campus running safely, efficiently, and without interruption. This position coordinates daily maintenance activities across all shifts, develops and supports a skilled maintenance team, and ensures projects, preventive maintenance, and repairs are completed on time and to standard. What You'll Do
- Daily Operations & Leadership: Plan, assign, and prioritize maintenance work across all shifts to ensure timely, high-quality completion; train, coach, and evaluate maintenance associates, promoting skill development and accountability; step in to perform the duties of the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Coordinator as needed; serve as a working supervisor, performing mechanical repairs and maintenance when required
- Maintenance Execution & Quality Assurance: Complete maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance (PMs), documenting all work accurately in the CMMS system; audit PMs and work orders to ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and operational standards; administer lockout/tagout procedures and issue welding permits; support fire safety programs and follow up on corrective actions to ensure XL GAP compliance
- Inventory, Parts & Vendor Coordination: Maintain accurate parts inventory records, including consignment inventory; receive, store, and organize maintenance inventory in accordance with audit standards; research and source specialty parts and participate in monthly inventory counts; coordinate and oversee work performed by outside vendors
- Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Participate in regulatory inspections with OSHA, code enforcement, and local officials; manage PPE inventory to ensure availability and compliance; ensure compliance with company standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity; recommend process and procedure improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a distribution or industrial environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with standard maintenance practices and procedures
- Certified on pallet jack, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts (or willing to become certified)

Pay
$63,440-95,160.00, depending on experience.
