- Responsible and accountable for department operations, fiscal/financial management, quality, service, environment of care/safety, risk management, and human resource management.
- Supports the organizations vision, mission, goals and values.
Qualifications
- Associate of Applied Science Degree from an accredited Industrial Technology Program.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Basic computer and various Microsoft software knowledge.
- Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management software.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to Maintenance Mill Wright Level III Architectural, blueprint, structural and civil experience.
- Knowledge of various maintenance trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, finishing, mechanical and other building related areas.
- Task scheduling and prioritization experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
Pay
$73,736.00 - $110,552.00 / year
