Responsibilities
- Schedules, trains, implements policies and procedures for culinary operations.
- Caters events and monitors food and labor costs.
- Maintains a clean kitchen to meet health department standards.
- Plans menus, produces daily specials, and manages financial aspects of the menu.
- Orders, manages inventory, budgets, controls profits, and oversees food production.
- Develops recipe standards and conducts new product analysis.
- Analyzes cost comparisons, projects payroll, conducts personnel interviews, and develops training procedures.
- Delegates and oversees all kitchen activities.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods.
- Occasionally work at heights above 10 feet high.
- Frequently lift items up to 30 pounds.
- Occasionally push or move items up to 100 pounds.
- Frequently reach overhead.
Environmental Working Conditions
- Bright lights.

Pay
Target Salary Range: $21.50
