About the role
The role involves overseeing the preparation and service of food and beverages in a restaurant setting. The supervisor ensures that all staff members adhere to health and safety regulations and customer satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure quality and timely food preparation.
- Manage staff schedules and training programs to maintain high performance levels.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and customer service policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present menus to guests, ensuring they are satisfied with their dining experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food service management and health regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid food handler’s license.
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
