Supervisor, Contracts & Incentives
The Contracts & Incentives Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of orders for Tesla Energy products across various regions. This position oversees the performance of cross-functional teams, focusing on contract, pricing, and incentive compliance. The Supervisor ensures that the team meets established service level objectives and regional targets.
What You'll Do
Lead the regional team to achieve defined business objectives and performance goals.
Manage and improve team and individual productivity, including output, quality, and cycle-time performance.
Reduce rework and delays by identifying inefficiencies and reinforcing best practices.
Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing knowledge sharing.
Maintain a strong understanding of products and end-to-end order fulfillment processes.
Use reporting and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous productivity improvements.
Partner with internal teams to implement process enhancements that improve customer experience and operational outcomes.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience leading people or teams, with demonstrated ownership of performance outcomes.
Strong leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills, including the ability to resolve complex or escalated issues.
Proven ability to analyze data, use metrics to drive results, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
